My daughter 40 year old has never paid rent & will not leave. She does not contribute financially in any way. Do I call the police? She says if she receives mail here that it constitutes legal claims.

How long has she been there, if she came this morning and will not leave you call the police

If she moved in a few weeks or a few months ago, you give her written notice and evict her.

Do you have a renters board near you? Otherwise follow all the reguler rules of eviction and then if she refuses to leave the police will throw her out.
