    What type of evidence is needed to prove aggrevated menacing and robbery.

    A witness is always nice; locating the "goods" is helpful; no alibi helps the other side; a criminal record makes you LOOK guilty; a confession always helps.

    I'm out of ideas.

    Oh, if the other person is more believable on the stand than you are, that's helpful to the prosecution.

    Each state has its own laws, so what may or may not be required, even what may or may not be allowed for evidence may vary by state. ( if in the US)

    In general, It was intended ( planned) and at least for here, items were taken by force or threat of force.
