What are you calling permanent spousal support? Nothing is truly permanent.

Not sure if my reply got it. Once the divorce is final, any payments are considered permanent until something changes... so... is the dissomaster used for that? Or just for Pendente Lite?

They use the dissomaster for everything. How long were you married for?

I read today on 3 legal sites, they only use the Dissomaster for "temporary" support only. I was trying to confirm or deny it.

What you have to remember is that the dissomaster is a guideline for support. Being married 27 years qualifies the spouse for possible lifetime alimony. In California its after 15 years there is the possibility. So if you both can't agree then the dissomaster will be used for the actual figure.
