Could the problem be a check valve on supply line?
I would first change the check valve then if that does not work the foot valve.
It also could be an air leak coming into your water lines or hot water tank
How is the water level in your well?
Hope this helps
Hot water tank is probably the problem if the air is coming out of the hot water tap only
With all due respect, I would not suspect the check valve or the footvalve. They would tend to cause problems with the pump losing prime. Not sure how they would be able to introduce air into the system. Even less certain about the hot water heater. But I do think Murray is correct in suspecting a lower water table. A leak in your suction pipe could be it, but that would also tend to cause the pump to lose prime.
Do you have an automatic air control valve on your tank?
