How to file with the court a motion to dismiss a writ
My bank account is frozen due to a judgement awarded to a creditor. Court papers say I need to file a replevy bond. How do I do this?

Do you understand what a replevy bond is? If you have the money for one, you probably don't need to supply one.

What you probably want is to file a motion to vacate the judgment. But what are your grounds? We need more details to help.
