    Depends if your partner wishes to get divorced.

    If not, you need to hire a lawyer and go through the court systems to get divorced.

    Perhaps grounds for annulment are present, depends on where you live. Your lawyer will know your best options.

    Yes, if the person you married agrees to the divorce it should be no problem. If they won't agree to the divorce then you will have to get an attorney ( an even if you both agree, just both of you hire the same attorney to do the paper work)

    And if this is a gay marriage, I will assume the divorce procedures are the same.

    That depends on your husband. You can file for divorce and he may or may not contest it.
