    Toyota, ABS indicator
I have a 1995 Camry XLE (v6) that has an ABS indictor lite flashing. I have checked the brake fluid level & the brake pedal is firm.
The manual said to take it to a dealer, but it means the brakde should be ffunctional (jusst no ABS).
Is is dafe to drive until I get it looked at?
Is this going to be a major expense (190,000 miles).

You most likely have a wheel speed sensor gone bad. As long as you feel the brakes feel sound, it should be fine to drive.
Hint: If you had a front axle replaced lately, it could be the wrong type without the tone ring.
If you had any strut work done recently, you could have a stretched sensor wire.

Thanks for the reply. One of the fron axle was replaced in July, but could driving trhough high water affect the speed sensors?
    Ps.
The next day after sitting overnght in the garage the warning light didn't come back on.
