My PO violated me and I received an arrest warrant in the mail the other day. She violated me because of a hott urine. So my question is how much jail time am I looking at? How long do you usually have to wait for your gag hearing in Pennsylvania? This is the first time I ever violated. I had 3 years of probation with 10 months left. I'm on probation because of possession and retail theft.

You need to get out your original sentencing paperwork you received at your sentencing hearing to find out just how much jail time the Judge had in mind the day he sentenced you in case you violated your probation. This gives him a notation of what he was thinking the day he sentenced you to probation versus jail time. You will have to wait for your VOP hearing in jail. No telling how long you'll be held before your hearing but two weeks is the usual time frame.

You could get the max of course, the entire 3 years in prison, but that normally does not happen for one.

Often at least locally here you are going to go 3 to 6 week in lock up for a violaton hearing

Most likely at the hearing ( my opinion and guess) time served, a very hard talking to, and pehaps a higher level of probation and drug testing
