My hot water tank went out my son in law replaced itr and he hooked the hot water to the cold and cold to hot on top of the tank then he lit it and said I should have hot water in about an hour . In about an hour I had no water at all and my pump had lost it's
Prime and we put about 10 gallons of water in the tank and it will not prime,what could the problem be he changed the lines hot to hot cold to cold.when he had it connected wrong there was so much pressure the lines bent down and both lines were hot.can you
