I've been racking my brain trying to remember a movie I saw as a kid if someone could help id be appreciative its bn years since I seen it so my description is vague at best but here's what I can remember

There's this boy he like a movie star I think his brother gets killed mysteriously and he tries to find out what happened towards the end he figures out that his brothers friends or gang or something killed him and I don't know if it helps at all but I seem to remember a red car that blinded the brother cause the glare off the mirror or something

Well anyway that's what I remember please help its driving me crazy
