What would an outside observer of the earth mankind current events down to the actions of a single person, think of us? Would they want to give us space travel? Anything more powerful or advanced?

I wouldn't until they at least learned how to get along and not generate trash as I wouldn't want the filthy disgusting humans messing up my corner of the universe.

Do you mean how would an "alien" civilization look at us right now if "they" knew everything we did. If they could do that they would clearly be much more advanced than us. So if they could just watch us I guess they would look down upon us and may be sort of puzzled at how our current society works. If they could interact with us then I would be certain that they would take over and colonize Earth for resources, just like the European "take over" of America.

I think that answer would be as diverse as what any one of us would think if we observed aliens on another planet. However, QLP might have a good point. LOL
