My daughter is 1 and half years old and I wanted to know how do I change her middle name.. she was born in Washington.Please let me know how do I go about doing that or who do I call.. thanks

You and the other parent, merely go to the court house ( which court will depend on where you are at) here it is the probate court, in others it may be the family court. If you ask at the court house they will tell you.

So you merely fill out a couple forms, pay a fee, both parents sign for the change and that is about all there is to it
