    In cuyahoga county what is the temperatures a landlord has to provide his tenants concerning heat and hot water

    You will need to contact the County to see if there are any parameters regarding this.

    Thank-you, I am just having a problem as what to Google,I keep getting referances to landlord tenant law, but that doesn't cover the temperatures and months of the year heat must be maintained, I did find New York, which is oct-may, 68 day and 55 night

    I lived in NYC and the heat would be shut off at night or the boiler was set on a timer. They would shut the radiator boiler heat off at 11PM and turn it back on at 7AM. Brrrr! Made for some very cold nights if I was not in bed bundled up.

    As for hot water requirements what is your hot water temperature now coming out of the hot water faucet?
