I've recently been released from prison and my son's mother has been suffering with some metal illness. We agree that I should keep him for awhile, (a year or 2), but is there any legal forms we could sign and get notorized about my temporary custody? I set up child support in my city and she never went to court in this city. But I was order to pay and she is OK with it. My mother supported my son and myself every since my son was born. And with her help, I'll be able to support him and get on my feet also.

If there is not a form, I would be sure to
Have the agreement looked over by an attorney
And even have an attorney draft it if it were
In the budget.
