    If I am on probation and someone starts a fight with me and I defend myself can my probation be violated?

    Yeah, it can. But, there's LOTS of factors that'll go into it, and we know NONE of them. Factors, such as; were the police called, did you inform your PO, is this a domestic situation, can you PROVE they started the fight, is this your first violation, what were you doing to get involved, and lots more stuff like that.

    No, don't tell us all that stuff because we STILL couldn't guess what a judge will do. Suffice to say, ANYTIME you have people IN CHARGE of your life, and those people aren't very nice, they can do you in, and certainly might.

    Yes, you can, factors of , why you are in that situation, if you knew there could be trouble why did you go or stay, could you have ran away instead of fighting.
