There is no financial assistance for non-felons either. You must pay whatever reinstatement fee to regain your license since after all you DID somehow get it suspended. A friend of mine kept getting DUI's and he had to pay upwards of $500 to get his license back only to lose it again some 3 months later due to (guess what) another DUI.

No, there is no assistance for this for felons, ex felons or non felons. The cost for this is paid by the person by working a job and paying it.
