Kenmore Washing Machine 110.22632100 washes then stops. Does not drain or spin.I drained all the water out and it still will not spin. After agitation it just stops, no noise.

Just had the same thing happen. Found out that it was a bad lid switch... the switch that the door activates when it closes. That's why you don't hear any noise... the washer thinks the door is still open. You can get a lid switch for less than $40 at a Sear repair shop or off the internet if you're willing to fix it yourself.
