I am trying to get tipps on removing and replacing the small (vent?) window on the drivers side, back of a 1994 toyota camry le 2.2 litre sedan.

In this illustration you will see something called the "Door Glass Division bar."
This will need to come out and everything else will come out as well. You see that screw at the top of it? That's hidden either behind or under some weather striping.
