    No. If your lease doesn't grant you one, then there isn't any.

    Many rental agreements will state things like due by first , late by 5th or 7th, Personally I never did, late was anytime after the 1st on most of my rental agreements, ( loved to make that extra money on late fees)

    So exactly what your rental agreement says is what it is

    Consider your grace period as the month before the due date to come up with the money. And the Due date as the last day you can pay it without penalty. After all, the Landlord is owed that money, and you can pay it as much as a month in advance if you wished. Something most landlord would find very endearing as opposed to those who drag their feet paying what is owed.
