She is not eating any food but drinking plenty she is mopish and lethargic

My dog has been off her food for over a week now, she is drinking plenty but she's lathargic

Have you spoken to the vet?

Could you bring her in or ask for advice over the phone?

Could she have gotten into something toxic?

Does she have any underlining health problems?

How old is she and have there been any major changes in her environment?

Is she eating anything at all?

If this has been going on longer than a week, I would suggest a vet visit to make sure she didn't eat anything that is causing problems such a bone or piece of plastic.

Please take her to a vet! That is a serious problem if she is not eating, and has become lathargic. Even if she is drinking plenty, she still could have a serious problem. You should consult your vet.

There is nothing more I can say here that hasn't already been said. Take him in to the vet asap!
