How to Evict Family member (sister + child + Bf)?-
She is 23 + 1 child + Bf - this is her 3 boyfriend in the house.
My mom has been renting 4 about 10 yrs now. Sice we wer kids so now that we are older we are helping her out with the rent and bill all that stuff.
So it just so hapends that she doesn't want to pay rent this month and rent is dues every 2 of the month. Okay I have a job and my boyfriend does too I have one son and I been paying rent for 1 yr now I'm 19 boyfriend is 20 and son is 1.
On the other hand my lovely soster lives of welfare $ works once a week for 2 hours as a brulest dancer I call it striper but what ever.

She doesn't have proff of giving rent as I don't either we give my mom the money cash its easier.

Oh how can I forget she also threthened my mom that is she call the cops on her before the month is over then she will report her to immigration because she has fake resident paper.

I know that is illegal but she is a good mother. No mother deserves that from any child of her
What can I do to help my mom?

Please if you have some good advice email me its very important.

Simple. Same rules apply that apply to any other tennent.

Have her served with her 30 day notice (in writing and proof of delivery) If she refuses to leave, file to have her evicted. You can server her with the 3 day notice to pay or quit, but I think you just want her out... period.

Family or not... adults do not have the right to leech off anyone. And certainly not be threatened.

Turn he in to the welfare agency for fraud... if she's working as a stripper she likely collects far more than is allowed under welfare rules.
