    Hello cat:

You shouldn't believe everything you hear. The government HATES felons. Why would THEY bond them?? They want to lock 'em up, and throw away the key!

Having worked for the government for many years and working in the criminal justice system for years, I truly doubt there is such a program.
Esp in today's culture of criminal behavior.

I am not saying there is not, there are 1000's of hardly ever used social programs all over the place. But since bonding ( and I will assume you are not taking about a bail bond, but a company bond ) but since a bond like that would be competing against a private insurance company I am not sure it would even be legal. Some states may have special bonding programs but I doubt they are free, since they would be high risk.

Not saying there isn't, but just from years in that field, I have never heard of such a program.
