I am considering installing Fujitsu Wall Mounted System in my apartment in Brooklyn, NY. I have three rooms and currently have central air but I want to save some money on heating/AC bills (I pay $500 month in winter). Do you think those units are efficient and quiet or it is better to proceed with heat pump? What would be decent price for Fujitsu units with installation for 3 bedrooms apt in Brooklyn? Thank you.

Fujitsu are as good as any other brand, they all must pass some pretty strict inspections and pass gov. tests
As for price,you need to get local estimates,as the costs of equipment and labor are different in each area
