IRS helpline people told me that I have been issued an itin. But I never received the confirmation in black and white.they tell me they have sent me that letter 03 times... but it never reached me . N now they are telling me that they can't send me that letter again.. what options do I have to get that confirmation? Can I get it online? Or fax?

They MAY fax it to you, but probably not.
