    Can I get a divorce on the grounds of adultery with emails from my wife to her lover
    My wife has been having an affair with two men for over a year and a half I have emails to prove it.Can I get a divorce with that prove

    Where are you at ? Most states in the US do not need grounds any longer or any proof.

    As Fr_Chuck said, you don't need to prove anything
    To get a divorce.

    Is there a reason you want to have adultery brought up
    Other than grounds for divorce.(which you don't need)

    It is better for both of you if you can reach an agreement
    That would make the divorce uncontested.
    It is much less expensive and time consuming.

    Bringing something like adultery up would probably cause
    More trouble , take more time, and cost you a lot more money.
    I'd say make the break as clean and fast as possible, then
    Move on and don't look back.
