I think I may be pregnant. I missed my period and it is now 21 days late. I kinow I need to test and go to a doctor. What sort of symptoms would I be having at this point in the pregnancy?

They could vary from person to person and show up at various times in a pregnancy.

More common things someone might experience early on:

*breast tenderness
*more frequent need to urinate
*more tired than usual
*some nausea or vomiting
*more abundant discharge that tends to be thicker and white
*heightened sense of smell
*headaches

Obviously, many of these can be due to other reasons as well.
