Since my 2nd trimester I've been expeirencing severe constipation. Ive been doing everything I'm my will to help, eating whole wheat, fruits and veggies, taking the maximum amount of collace (stole softner) a day, walking and drinking tons of water nothing is helping I bleed all the time when I go poop. Today I went to the bathroom and just went peep and a gush of blood came out, and I'm more then certain it came from my butt. Is this something I need to be concerned with or is it pretty normal?? It made me nervous I looked down and it looked like I had my period.

If it is bright red period looking blood you need to get to the hospital asap to have this checked out.

Hopefully it is nothing more than hemorrhoids, but you NEED to be certain that is what this is.
