I was suppose to be done paying for child support as of August 3 2010 my case worker told me its being submitted to a judge to be sign off how long dose it usually take after that

Is support being automatically deducted from your pay?

Depends on when it gets submitted and when the judge gets. Just because you were supposed to be done paying on August 3rd doesn't mean they'll stop collecting - you need a court order to accomplish that.

If the money is automatically deducted from your pay and you feel the custodial parent was overpaid, you can request to be reimbursed for that money.
