Hi danish.mera nam teja hai.I may help u.dekho pimples agar jyada ho to tumhe oily food kam you puri tarah band kar deni chahiye.before that identify the cause of pimples like jo food items jo tum roj khate ho.Ek bar concentrate karke dekho and find out the reason.I will give you tips:
1)wash your face every time u get sweaty.
2)dont eat junk food too much.
3)drink more water.
Water isliye ki agar pani jyada peeyoge to pasina ayage or dead cells cleans ho jayege as you wash them away.
