My boyfriend was in prison for 5 years and got out and has been out for over a year he was going to his po visits and doing good no drugs no problems everything was good and he just got picked up for stolen property charge this is his first vialation what is going to happen to him...

It isn't his first violation. He just got out of prison. I guess he hasn't learned his lesson yet, so will go back in jail.

Stolen property is serious, so is he working with the police to find and testify against the people who actually stole it.

The story behind how he got it, ( perhaps stole it his self ?)

But in general it will be up to the judge, but I would not be surprised to see him going back to jail for this

If he does not return to prison on a parole violation I'd be really amazed.
