I need some advice. The situation is that a friend of mine had sex a few times with a woman who ended up pregnant. She told him the child was his for about the first two months. There was some drama between him and the girls mom and she said two weeks later it was not his. Because they have mutual friend, he found out two days ago that she had the baby. He called to check on them and she hung up on him. She refuses for anyone to take a pic out of fear they will show it to him. We have heard that she is going to sign custody over to her mom and move out of state. She has previously denied him the right to a paternity test. We were told he will have to petition the court. I know more than likely this is going to require him having an attorney. However, to get the process started he would like to do this on his own. He is really afraid she will skip town or sign the child over. So, I have called superior court for him for almost two days. I have gotten no one to answer me, call me back or whatever. Are there any ideas on what steps he needs to take? All he has is this woman's name and the child's name. No number, address or birthdate. Thanks for any help
