I have a 10 week old chihuahua and she will not sleep at night I even put her in the bed with me and my boyfriend but she continuiously wakes us up by wanting to play or by whining please help

She needs to learn to sleep in her own space - usually a crate. No problem with the crate next to the bed or in the bedroom, of course.

The longer you enforce her behavior by allowing her to sleep with you the worst her behavior is going to get.

I'm probably going to be sorry that I asked this but how to you and your boyfriend have any sort of "private life" with a dog in bed with you?

When you first put her in her own place she will whine and cry and carry on - eventually she will get used to it. If you don't go through this stage now it will - literally - go on forever.
