Hey guys I am currently playing around with VM ware and tried to access the net through it but failed, I have set up my network, Bridged my connections added mac add to my router
? Not sure what else I have missed I can ping and talk to workstation and also router and what not but still my explorer won't play with me

Use the virtual network editor, pick an adapter u know it's connected. Under "host virtual network mapping" match the adapter to a "vmnet#" port. Bridging or nat under the virtual machines always messes up with me. Configure the virtual machine to use that VMnet# port. That should work.

On VM server, simply bridge the guest to the host and go from there.
ESX completely different matter, and TBH, easier ;)
