    Im Innocent How do I prove this?
    :confused::confused:Hello.
    I was recently at jcpenny trying to exchange some training bras I bought and decided to do some extra shopping. I picked out some clothes I was intrested in and placed them in the cart so I could later try on and went to pick up a different size for the training bras. As I was leaving the store to go get my credit card to but my jeans I was approched by two men accusing me of stealing. I had the bras in a jcpenny bag with the receipt and the tags that they took. Now I have a court day what do I do? Please help. I feel like I've been trapped

    Wow - that sounds like a total nightmare.

    Were you arrested? I can't see how they could have accused you when you had tags, receipt, and all.

    The police should have looked at their so-called evidence and recorded what they saw on their report.

    You DEFINITELY need an attorney!

    They took my bras, the tags and the receipts took pictures of the bras and gave it to the cops. And told me when the cops come I shouldn't say anything because it will send me to jail. She wouldn't even give me the receipt or nothing and made me sign some paper which she would let me finish reading. I know I'm inncoent are there cameras in those loss prevention rooms?
    Attroney how do I get one od those. I'm sorry for asking but I have no clue.
