When I turn on my 97 honda accord my idle jumpes up and down and the idle is high I thought it might be my ecm I arready cleaned egr iacv as well I went to auto zone and I got these codes p0301 -p0302 -- p1300----- p1758------ p1399

. Purge all air from the cooling system, which can cause erratic idling.

Vacuum leaks can cause erratic idle, I would start by checking around cylinders #1&2 since you have misfire codes forthese cylinders.
