Hi I'm 18 years old I'm currently active with my boyfriend my recent period came Saturday night but it brownish and comes in spots I thought this was normal for me but its Monday and noting had changed usually by now its red and normal colour this is veru unusual for me and I'm concerned about this ? My boyfriend has not come inside me and wer always carful I know I'm not pregnant but it worries me for my health wise..

Are you on birth control? That can sometimes cause an irregular flow,especially if youa re just introducing it to the body.

Also,is there any chance that you were actually pregnant and are experiencing a miscarriage?While you say your boyfriend doesn't ejaculate inside of you,please know that preliminary ejaculatory fluid can sometimes contain sperm and hence,get you pregnant.

Best thing to do-head to your gynecologist and get checked.If you don't have one,got o your nearest Planned Parenthood Center and they will be able to help you there.

P.S. You shold be using protection EVERY time with each sex act... pregnancy shouldn't be your only concern,as Sexually Transmitted Infections run rampant these days.You have to be responsible for your own secual health and body.:)
