How to print date on digital photo from computer

Your camera will have a Date/Time stamp feature in its own settings somewhere. Make sure that is enabled before you take your pictures, this will insure the picture has that info in the corner when printed.


Windows builtin Photo Printing wizard allows you to print a contact sheet which shows a thumbnail of each picture and he pic name, but that's all. Perhaps your camera came with some software that prints a better contact sheet with more info?

I was looking for an app too although I wanted name and date.

The application needs to print EXIF data from the photo to the picture. IrfanView - Official Homepage - one of the most popular viewers worldwide will read EXIF data with the proper plug-in.
