    What is the charge for 3d degri theft,beeng on deferment,for the same crime?
    I was steeling the meet at the groshery store,when I was stopped by security.Amount of the stoolen items ,was 19.75$.At this time I was on deferment for the same crime,what could be panishment for this crime?

I'd assume your counselor is closer to the situation than some stranger on the internet is, so I'd go with your counselor.
