My cat puking straight Blood what is wrong with her? She don't have lose bowels or nothing else just puking blood.

How long has she been doing this for? Was she vomiting regular vomitus before the blood? Has she been eating? Does she go outside?
How old is she? Is she up to date on her vaccines?

Take her to the vet as soon as possible !

You really can't get around the fact that this cat needs to be at a vet. Hopefully you took her today. If not, get there.

It's possible it's something silly like an eaten mouse that got puked up and this is just the last of it you're seeing. But it could be something serious, and unless you know she's eaten a mouse or something (in which case I doubt you'd be posting), then you need a vet.

As you've already been told, you HAVE to get her to a vet. She may have eaten something that cut her stomach or esophagus up. Do you want to take the chance that she may bleed to death internally?
