    Immigrantion law
Entering US as F-1 Student in 2001 and got my BBA degree, finished my OPT in 2008, and pursued my MBA in 2009 in VA, but accidentally pregnant, told my international advisor that I had to take a break but she said no and asked me to do the abortion (she said abortion is legal if before 4 months), I refused, couples of weeks later I got an email of termination of my F1 status notice, my son was born on.. . in Fairfax hospital, after this months of pregnancy, I changed my mind, I just want to stay with my son and raise him, I want to get a job and be able to feed him and watch him grows. So, I am looking for help now

What kind of help are you looking for? Immigration has reviewed your status and made a decision.

I have no idea what you are asking - you want to get a job and feed your son and watch him grow? I don't know what that means. Is someone saying you have to leave but your son can stay in this Country?

You can file an appeal with Immigration through an Attorney - that is your only choice.

Not enough info... who is the father of your child?
If he is USC, then you should get married and file for adjustment of status.

If he is not a USC, you may not be able to change your status at all.

    Thanks for your time!
Even he is an American, I think he would not marry me.
I just want to know if I could get a job and raise my son even alone in the future.

Minor USC child is no basis for staying in the US. You are now out of status and you will not be able to get an NIV.

Agree with Lawanwadee, with this fact pattern, you have no way to COS. The child is a blessing. Good luck.

I still don't understand your question - is your question can you stay in the US or is it something more vague about raising your child alone somewhere else.

As I said - Immigration has made a decision. If you want to stay in the US your ONLY hope is a good Immigration Attorney.
