After complited MBA in hotel mgt last year and F1 visa now H1 from jan 2010. After 3 years complited in usa,I plan to go for stamping after 2 month to india.
I with my parents decided my marriage with indian lady and arrange marriage also.
So, for me which stamping date reliable for me-before marriage or after marriage? Actual law what should be say?
And tell me also that can I attand interview with my wife H4 at a same time in mumbai?
During fill up my visa forms can I write my spouse name?becoz my stamping interview date will be after my marriage.

The consul looks for evidence of bona fide marriage, relationship, etc. If you have an arranged marriage and never meet or know her before, it's better to apply H-4 later.
