I had sex with a new partner a little over a week ago. As we were both drunk there ended up being no condom involved. There is now an itchy lump near the top of my vagina on my labia minora. It is small, maybe pea sized and shaped. It itches and hurts to touch. Intercourse is not painful and neither is urination. Please, someone tell me what this could be? I'm not able to see a doctor for awhile and want to have some certainty as to what this is.

If you had contracted an STD it wouldn't be showing up so soon after intercourse. The lump could be nothing more then an ingrown hair. As sometimes happens in that area. The description suits it, the spot it is, the shape and itching and hurting to touch is similar. It will probably come to a head and that will be the end of it. Leave it alone and don't worry it.
