The hoses are not hooked correctly and I can't figure it out or find a diagram. My car also stalls out when I press the gas too much , Any ideas? I changed fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator.

Your best bet is to find a shop near you that can to a hands-on diagnosis and let us know what is found.
