Felony probation and traffic violation in Ga (following too close)?
Can a person get in trouble if they are on felony probation and get a traffic ticket for following too close?

Yes. Tell your PO. I don't see any big problem as long as your PO finds out from you.

    Hello C:

ANY violation of the law can cause trouble. Not telling your PO about the ticket is even worse. Of course, I don't know how much trouble you've gotten into while on probation, and I don't know what you did to GET on probation, and I don't know how much the PO's HATE you, if they do... ALL that stuff counts..

But, assuming you're a MINOR offender who has caused NO trouble, a traffic ticket won't amount too much.

While there is no way to tell, since yes it is a violation. But all you can do is inform your PO, before they find out.

Normally the PO will not care about minor traffic tickets.
