I received a summons for heating oil which I refused to pay since I did not order it. Also this same company supplied me for 30 years without complaint. A falling out ensued when he expressed his anger over a Native American business opening nearby. I am a Native American and I was insulted. An unrequested oil delivery was made under the code name which specifies automatic delivery but I removed myself from automatic delivery 2 years ago. What should I do?

Go to Court and take proof that you removed yourself from automatic delivery before the delivery in question was made. Why you removed yourself does not matter to the Court.
