19 weeks pregnant, moving too much during sleeping time
Hi, I s it fine or not to move too much like turning side by side at night when time to sleep or am I hurting my unborn child? I am 19 weeks pregnant now and it is really hard to find comfortable position to sleep at night,so I have to turn side by side and try to find my good position, but it makes me worried that some movements can hurt the baby inside my womb? Thanks

It's fine to move around while you sleep. Baby is cushioned by amniotic fluid. If you can't find a comfortable position you can try a pregnancy pillow...

    Stupid stupid agree button...

I agree with J_9. I loved my body pillow. It also helped me in late pregnancy to keep me from sleeping on my back.

I loved mine too esp when I got into late pregnancy and the baby dropped so low in my pelvis and it hurt to move... dont worry.. baby has plenty of cushion in there...
