My 2004 Honda Civic is making a rumbling/rattling/vibration sound in the engine area. This is especially noticeable when starting or idling. I recently had the timing belt changed, along with the oil, fluids and filters. The Honda dealer didn't seem to know what's causing the sound. He just said that the engine's fine. I'm concerned about the sound and I know that something's wrong. Any suggestions?

Check the top engine mount on the driver's side, which needs to be loosened, and rotated out of the way, to change the timing belt. Ensure the two bolts (17 mm) going to the top engine mount are tight. They're located just below the power steering hose.
