I have had a light bleeding period that has lasted for three day and now I've got no period at all, I've taken 2 pregnancy test but both came up neagative, I would like a baby, but don't want to build my hopes up for them to get crashed!! And also I have been thinking what if I have a tumour in my stomach and my belly has enlarged quite a big I don't know if this is due to pregnancy or if it could be something for severe... please can someone help me??

Have you visited a doctor about your concerns?

As a nurse, I am wary to discuss a possible "tumor" over the internet. I don't want to either get your hopes up, nor do I want to disappoint you.

We don't know your medical history, don't know your family history, and we are unable to do an exam and the required labwork necessary.

How long have you been trying to conceive? Is it possible that you have just gained weight around your middle?

So you need to really get to the doctor and be tested.
