    Commercial Cleaning Bid
    Clean once a Month, Wax/Strip when needed provide own supplies/equipment

    One location 6,500 sq ft
    Other location 5,100 sq ft

    Same stores different locations
    Would like to get some of your opinions on what the cost should be around. For this type of situation.. thanks hope to hear of the infamous stringer and friends... thanks a ton.

    Ok, questions...

    All VCT? (Is there any carpet?)

    How many washroooms?

    What is the "cleanable square footage?"

    Only once per month regular cleaning? I ask because who is taking care of the washrooms during the month?

    Retail is notorious for lowball pricing. I would price the stripping and refinishing separately "as needed."

    Get back to me and we can discuss pricing.

    2 washrooms and a small office in each..
    And once per month I believe their manager does light cleaning
    Strippin' and refinishing is as needed and the price for that would be seperate(if you could give an example on how much I should charge for this would also help)
    All tile no carpet... its a leather retail store so I'm not sure how much of the space would be taken by racks and such.. not too crowded though most of the store will be cleaned.. things will be moved to clean floors also..
