I am having a new washroom built in the basement, there are two drain pipes one is the main waste drain for two washroom upstairs and one for kitchen sink upstairs and laundry sink in the basement. Can I connect the basment washroom sump pump into kitchen sink/laundry drain pipe? Or do I have to connect it to the waste drain pipe?

You should be able to connect to the drain of the laundry sink in the basement. Depending on how far from the laundry sink you install the washer stand pipe, you may or may not have to install a vent pipe. If you have a laundry sink in the basement you should not have to use a sump pump. Show us some pictures.

I haven't installed anything yet, it will have a standing shower, toilet and vanity. The discharge PVC pipe will be connected to the kitchen sink/laundry drain pipe. This kitchen sink/laundry pipe already has a vent pipe. Would there be any problem with this setup?

You cannot connect into the kitchen sink drain and use the kitchen sink vent for anything unless you connect into the vent at a minimum of 42' above the kitchen sink floor.

In your situation you need to vent the plumbing fixtures and connect that vent into a vent either in the kitchen (unlikely) or at a bathroom upstairs, or you could run it up into the attic and connect into a vent up there.

You also need a separate 3" vent for the burcam system. This vent needs to go out the roof by itself, or it may be code legal to connect into the main vent exiting the roof just before it goes through the roof... depends on code in your area.

You cannot connect the vents from the fixtures into the ejector vent.

Finally, you'll also need to connect the 2" discharge pipe from the sewage ejector pump into one of the two drain pipes you mentioned. Although it sounds easier a 2" drain line with a kitchen sink and a washing machine on it is probably not the best choice here... especially if the washer and the ejector go off at the same time... could end up with waste water in your kitchen.. UNDER PRESSURE! I would connect into the larger main pipes... :)
